	Transgender warrior Nong Toom, one of the top kick boxers in Thai history, gained strength in the ring by adorning herself in increasingly outlandish make-up. Confronting notions of masculinity, this slick and polished film shows the struggle of Toom in obtaining peace between her body and gender. A cult figure in Thailand, the tender and endearing Toom became a hero to aspiring kickboxers and to the transsexual community.
